I am glad you found your way here.

Hi, welcome to Tahimy Rordiguez counselling,

I am Tahimy Rodriguez, an ACCPH accredited counsellor based in the Brighton area.

I am passionate about helping others to be happier and healthier and specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people become a better version of themselves. I am passionate about women's health and well-being, helping women overcome obstacles and situations that life brings.

Talking about our issues and difficulties can be daunting, but counselling is a positive way of figuring out a better future.
